I love sparkles and when my amazing stylist went out of her way to pin another dress in my fabric underneath mine so I could visualise it better I knew. To top it off my wedding song happened to start playing at the time and that is when the waterworks started! I loved everything about it- the low back, the beautiful beading and the amazing glitter fabric.

Our celebrant included a moment in her speech where she told us to look around and take in the moment surrounded by our closest people. It was such a surreal and overwhelming day and that short moment of holding my husband's hands and looking at everyone's beautiful faces smiling up at us was something I will never forget! The day flies by so don't sweat the small things that go wrong because there will be some! Make sure to spend your time with your new spouse and enjoy your magical day. The lead up to your wedding day is quite stressful but I found making hundreds of lists helped me stay on top of everything. I now wish I could go back and plan it all over again. Picking my perfect gown was definitely one of the highlights of the planning process and the thing I was most looking forward to when I got engaged. I took my Mum and my 3 sisters with me which was not helpful because they loved every dress I put on. Once I ordered my dress I couldn't wait to pick it up, it was so perfect! To me my wedding day was perfect despite the face that my bridesmaid fainted while getting her makeup done and my veil was on upside down! I felt so emotional and was so excited to become a wife I was crying the whole way down the isle (happy tears) and the way my husband looked at me will stay with me forever.
