Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

If your item has been ordered in specifically for you we are unable to offer refunds of exchanges.  Please refer to our “Custom Order Conditions of Purchase Contract and Lay-By” in our FAQ page and given to you on the reverse side of your Tax Invoice.

Sale Items are sold on an as is basis and are Final Sale and in the condition they appear. All sale items are unable to be returned for a refund.  Please choose carefully when purchasing items designated as a sale, clearance item (either marked as clearance with a reduced price or reduced to clear) as change of mind returns will not be accepted. Subject to availability, an exchange for an identical item (same style, model etc) may be provided.

We will offer an exchange (where possible and subject to availability) if the goods are unworn and have the tags attached; or for items that have not left the store and subject to approval from Bride’s Selection. If the item is deemed faulty with a manufacturing fault and cannot be repaired, we are able to offer a credit note.

 

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection or simply wrong decisions.  “Change of Mind” on purchases also includes instances of event cancellations or postponements, which we cannot be held responsible for.


Faults
We are so sorry if you may have received a faulty item. We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality and we always give every item a thorough check of your garment.

If you have purchased an item that you believe has a manufacturing fault,  please email us immediately and provide photo documentation showing the believed defect/fault, which will help us.

In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, if the garment we have supplied to you has a minor fault then we have the right to repair the fault to the product for you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired (major fault) then we will send you a replacement product, which matches your original purchase.  Refunds will only be given if we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item and we will reimburse you in full for your purchase (applicable to full priced items, and items ordered in – this is not applicable to final sale items).
